Terms & Conditions — Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
All perfumes, products, and devices are considered final sale. No returns or refunds are accepted once the purchase is completed.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are limited to verified manufacturing defects within 24 hours of the purchase date, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The original receipt/invoice is presented
No Cash Refunds
No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances. If the exchange conditions are met, a replacement product of equal value will be provided, subject to availability and store policy.
Fragrance Devices
For aroma diffusers and fragrance devices: powering on or filling the device for the first time constitutes acknowledgment of its proper condition and final acceptance. Exchanges for devices cover only confirmed manufacturing defects within the specified period.

جميع المبيعات نهائية
تُعد جميع العطور، المنتجات، والأجهزة مباعة نهائياً، ولا يُقبل إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.
سياسة الاستبدال
يقتصر الاستبدال على العيوب المصنعية المثبتة خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الشراء، شرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية، ومع إبراز الفاتورة.
لا استرداد نقدي
لا يُقدَّم استرداد نقدي في أي حال؛ وفي حال استيفاء شروط الاستبدال، يتم توفير منتج بديل مماثل أو بقيمة مساوية حسب المتوفر والمعتمد في سياسات المتجر.
أجهزة التعطير
يُعد تشغيل الجهاز أو تعبئته لأول مرة إقراراً بسلامته وموافقةً نهائية على حالته، ولا يغطي الاستبدال إلا الأعطال المصنعية المؤكدة خلال الفترة المحددة.
