Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of IQD 5,000 applies to all orders, regardless of order value.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Baghdad: 2-4 business days
  • Other Iraqi cities: 3-7 business days

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online payment

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you. After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
  • Parfum.IQ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
