What is your refund policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Iraq typically takes 3–7 business days. Orders over IQD 150,000 qualify for free shipping.

Are your perfumes original?

Our products are high-quality impressions — inspired-by versions of famous designer fragrances. They are not original branded products. Each fragrance is carefully crafted to capture the character and scent accords of the original.

What sizes are available?

We offer a range of sizes depending on the product category:

• Perfumes: 50ml and 100ml
• Body Mists: 150ml
• Home Sprays: 500ml

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery (COD) for all orders within Iraq.
